Heosafe motorhome cab locks for Fiat Ducato 2002-2006

Instructions for use:

•push in the knob 1

•lock or unlock the door by turning the knob

•finally, the knob independently jumps out and blocks again

Assembly instructions:

•with a Torx spanner (TX30) take out the screw 3 and loose the screw 4

•push the bolt lock between door and doorhandle (5)

•finaly, tighten the screws again (6)

•stick the label (7)

Important instructions for use (HEOSafe Fiat Ducato 230/244 )

After you install, close slowly the door and take care that the front part of HEOSafe pass without problems from the gum seal of the door.

If the interval between HEOSafe and the frame of the door (pillar B) very slightly is, it could happen that the gum seal between HEOSafe and the frame of the door to be jammed. This leads to damage of the gum seal. If not, then check if the seal is good installed. If the seal is good installed, then pull down from the frame of the door and take a pair of tongs and band the metal edge slowly out wards (in area HEOSafe).

From this operation, the seal is moving back. If the bolt didn’t close, or the

distance between the bolt and the pillar B is too big, adjust the door.
