At Vanlocker we also offer a number of services including installation and servicing so that we can offer a bespoke service from inception to implementation and all in between. This helps us refine our product offering and see exactly the hurdles we need to help our customers overcome. We use fully trained engineers to install all of the products that we supply. We can come to you, rather than you needing to leave the vehicle somewhere for a day, saving you valuable time.

 We are fully self sufficient, using our own power, giving us the freedom to work almost anywhere. In all instances Vanlocker deliver products driven by technical excellence and our knowledge of end user requirements.

Key Registration

As an additional service you can register your key number so if you lose your keys or they become too worn to work properly, Vanlocker can supply you with spares without you having to find your key number. Then you can order keys cut to code on this website or if you are in Greater London we can offer a callout service and cut you a key right there and then.

Lock Outs

 We are able to cater for the customer who has slamlocks on his vehicle but has had the mis-fortune of either snapping his key in his slamlock, lost his key or has locked them in the van. Vanlocker offer a unique service in that it can cater for over 95% of slamlocks. For example….

 If the driver knows the code for his key, we can come out and cut a new key for the driver there and then. If this is not the case then Vanlocker can gain access to the van by drilling the lock using special drills and then replace the cylinder with a new one after access has been gained. Many locksmiths will be able to offer this service also but do not carry the spare cylinders to re-secure the vehicle. This means that after the lock has been drilled the van is left un-secure.

Servicing

 Vanlocker acts as a service centre for many of its clients, repairing and upgrading products while dealing with their customers direct. We can provide full warranty support which includes product servicing and upgrading to current revision and operational requirements.

Remember, we carry the spares that no one else does.

Master Keying

Vanlocker is a leader in the design and manufacture of master key systems for many needs and purposes. Vanlocker’s master key systems offer several major benefits for end-users:

Overloaded service personnel key rings are replaced by a single master key.

The main master key enables system managers to open every door in the system - while other users are provided with keys that only open specific doors.

A wide range of Vanlocker's products – such as cylinders for the user’s motorhome, office or vehicle - may be incorporated into a single master key system, controlled by one key.

Vanlocker's computer generated master key systems are based on a matrix chart which the customer fills out to their requirements, in which each column represents a vehicle within the fleet, and each row represents a driver or key holder. This method enables the designer to define precise access authorization for each key.
